Manager, Local Co-op Financial Planning & Analysis

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Local Co-op Financial Planning & Analysis on a full-time permanent basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan .

What you’ll do:

• Support the financial health and long‑term viability of local Co‑ops through financial analysis, forecasting, balance sheet management, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and support financial training initiatives for local Co‑op General Managers, Finance Managers, Boards of Directors, and operational leaders.
• Conduct project feasibility assessments, scenario analysis, and forecasting to support investment and operational decision‑making.
