Manager, M&A Integration, Integration Management Office (12 month contract)

As an organization aiming to achieve its bold inorganic growth strategy, we are seeking a Manager to join the Integration Management Office (IMO) as part of the Corporate Strategy team. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy, the successful candidate will join Definity’s IMO team, which is facilitating and guiding post-merger integration activities for the recently announced acquisition to help Definity achieve its strategic objectives. The Manager will support the executive reporting function within the IMO, providing support to the team to deliver executive-level communication on the progress of integration to the Executive team, Board of Directors, Executive Sponsor meetings, and internal stakeholders. This is a 12‑month contract role with opportunity for extension and is an individual contributor role.
