Job Purpose

The Maintenance Manager leads aircraft maintenance operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of aviation maintenance services. This role oversees people, processes, and performance to meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives. Summary of Responsibilities

Lead the overall performance of the maintenance base, ensuring objectives related to safety, quality, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Ensure all aircraft maintenance activities are performed in compliance with CARs, Transport Canada regulations, approved maintenance programs, and company procedures. Maintain efficient, well‑documented maintenance processes and ensure adherence across all personnel.
