  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical analytics professionals (data analysts, BI developers, data scientists and/or data engineers), creating clarity around priorities and expectations.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team culture that balances speed, quality, and innovation.
  • Remove blockers, set direction, and keep the team focused on delivering value.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
  • Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, constraints, and outcomes.
