Job Description

Next Best Action Partner Engagement & Personalization team is currently recruiting for an exciting role of Manager, Analytics. In this role, you will work directly with product/client partners in Personal & Commercial Banking, working across product teams to enable direct to client strategies. You will be called upon to leverage data to formulate and deliver actionable insights which support information‑based business decisions and drive change; which underpin the business unit’s performance management, products and customer profitability reporting. In addition, you will enable your business client’s through the provisioning of data assets, analytical reports and dashboards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a solid understanding of RBC’s products, services and the associated client behaviors. This is a hybrid role with 3 to 4 days in the office.
