Manager of Clinical Practice

About the Role

Act as a temporary full‑time Manager of Clinical Practice (Registered Nurse) for Bayshore’s Pediatric and Specialty Nursing Team. In this hybrid position you will support clients and their families by overseeing nursing care delivered in the home setting, manage a team of caregivers, and ensure high‑quality, safe, and compassionate care for every client.

Responsibilities

You will create special moments for clients and their families each day, support and supervise caregivers, oversee clinical practice operations, and maintain documentation and communication using mobile devices and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a Bachelor of Nursing degree; current registration with BCCNM.
• Certification: Current BLS CPR certification within the last year.
