Lead site and clinical services at Good Samaritan in Gibsons, BC. This permanent full-time role focuses on operational oversight, leadership, and improving care for seniors.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Manager, Site and Clinical Services oversees a range of health offerings, including long term and dementia care. Your role empowers staff to create a safety culture while ensuring compliance with the organization’s values and quality standards. You will collaborate with leaders and families to align clinical practices and enhance program delivery in a dynamic care environment.
