Trinity Consultants Canada is seeking a dedicated Manager of Human Resources to join our Water & Ecology team. The role involves aligning business objectives with employee needs by developing and delivering HR initiatives, supporting organizational change, and executing people strategies that enable business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Unit HR team through guidance, performance management, mentorship, and career development.
• Partner cross-functionally to co-design people strategies, incorporate practitioner input, and build shared ownership of workforce initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team and business leaders by providing thoughtful counsel, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to organizational decision-making through honest, solutions-oriented partnership.
