Description

Take charge of technical sales initiatives as a Manager, providing strategic leadership to your team. Engage with customers to promote effective product solutions and implementation of technical specifications.
In this impactful role, you will lead and direct a team of Bid/Business Development managers, balancing their workloads while reporting on sales and market strategies. This position will require you to oversee contract negotiations, maintain relationships with factory stakeholders, and ensure successful order execution to meet KPIs. You will also explore new product applications and improvements based on customer feedback.
