Manager Operational Tax - Withholding Tax reclaim (m/f/d)

Work with multinational and local clients,mainly assetmanagers, insurance companies, privatebanksand institutional investors, and provide specialised tax support in the field of withholding tax reclaims and operational tax compliance.

Manage the end-to-end withholding tax recovery process, including:

Identification of reclaim opportunities based on Double Tax Treaties, EUlawand domestic regulations;

Coordination of documentation collection with clients,custodiansand stakeholders;

Filing claims with tax authorities and monitoring refunds;

Preparation of reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
