We are hiring for a Manager, Patient Access & Community Transition (PACT) to join our innovative and supportive leadership team at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody, B.C.! This is an exciting opportunity to lead the PACT team as well as Allied Health professions such as Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Social Work, and the Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic.
