Manager, People Consulting / Workforce Advisory - ERP Change Management - Toronto

We are seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. In this role, you will lead change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead ERP Change & Transformation Programs

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transformation outcomes, and program milestones.

Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communications, training, and adoption support key transformation milestones.
