Manager, Performance Media

Overview

As the Performance Media Manager, you will be the primary architect of RCL’s digital growth and the catalyst for our digital evolution. Reporting to the Director of Media and Growth, you will lead a high-performing media team to deliver best-in-class results while future-proofing our media ecosystem. You will transition the organization from legacy digital buying to a sophisticated, privacy-centric, and AI-driven performance engine, bridging current operational needs with automated, data-led customer acquisition.
