Description
Manager, PMO and IT Portfolio Management Reporting to the Director of Planning and Governance, the incumbent will oversee the Project Management Office and the overall portfolio of IST projects. This includes managing project managers and analysts, continuously enhancing the IT Portfolio Management framework, and supervising enterprise‑level projects. The role also leads the Vendor Management function, overseeing vendor relationships, contract performance, procurement coordination, and ensuring alignment of vendor services with IST standards, governance practices, and organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree or college diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent experience and education.
PMI‑PMP or PMI‑PfMP certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including advanced project planning, execution, risk management governance, and delivery capabilities.
