Position: Manager, Retail Operations
Department: Retail Operations
Reports to: Senior Manager, Retail Operations

Position Summary:
The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for all retail locations at Rogers Arena. This includes managing an Assistant Manager, Supervisors and sales team for all hockey & lacrosse games, events and operations, scheduling & workforce planning for hockey and lacrosse games, running the memorabilia program, game worn and equipment programs, and the Team Store.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)

Operations

  • Manage and train Assistant Manager(s) and part-time Retail supervisors and staff
  • Handle cash, float requirements, financial reporting, and financial settlement for the events
  • Act as main contact for events with regards to merchandise logistics and tracking
