Overview
As Manager, Sales Commissions in the Revenue Operations team, you will own the end‑to‑end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company objectives. You will deliver timely and compliant payouts, drive process improvements, produce strategic insights for incentive design and sales performance, and lead a team of analysts to expand the rigor and automation of the commissions engine.
Monthly Payouts and Reporting
Calculate monthly payouts accurately and submit them to Payroll on time, maintaining controls and ensuring transparency. Lead Monthly Insights Meetings for RevOps and Managing Directors, presenting actionable data to inform strategic decisions.
Business Reviews and Incentive Programs
Contribute to the RevOps Monthly Business Review deck and discussions. Own sales incentive programs such as Elite performance initiatives, PIPs, spiffs, and the President’s Club, ensuring alignment...
