Manager, Security Operations Leadership Role

Drive security excellence with a leadership focus as the Security Operations Manager. Oversee the operations, administrative duties, and training for the Security team at West Edmonton Mall.

This full-time position requires you to manage security operations while acting as a mentor and guiding staff during all emergencies. You will participate in event security planning and ensure adherence to departmental protocols. A part of this role may also be a streamlined 4-day work week program based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations including staff training and scheduling
• Assume leadership in the absence of the Director
• Guide and mentor Security staff and Sergeants
• Oversee emergency response procedures and protocols
