Pauktuutit, as the national voice of Inuit women in Canada, has a key role to play in ensuring the use of a gender‑equity lens in policies impacting Inuit women, girls and gender‑diverse Inuit. We promote greater progress in priority areas, across health and well‑being, violence and abuse prevention, safety, and social and economic development. Our ability to do so depends heavily on partnership across government, key funders, Inuit community groups and other stakeholder organizations.
