About the Role
Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all art and assets production deliverables.
Review visual assets including layout, typography, imagery, and file integrity.
Translate creative direction into precise, production-ready requirements for both print and digital channels. 
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and channel specifications. 
Create, manage, and maintain production timelines, delivery schedules, and resourcing plans. 
Prioritize incoming work based on deadlines, complexity, capacity, and strategic importance. 
Monitor workflow bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues to Creative Leadership. 
Ensure continuity across teams through clear documentation, version control, and organized file structures.
