What You Will Do
- Lead and execute the full annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, salary planning)
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on pay decisions, changes, job evaluation, and market benchmarking
- Oversee benefits and pension programs, including vendor management/relations and annual renewals
- Drive disability management, leave programs, and return‑to‑work processes as related to all pay matters
