Purpose
The Manager, Total Rewards reports directly to the Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics. The Benefits and Recognition Specialist will report into this position.
As a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. This includes managing health insurance plans, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, disability management, and recognition programs. Further, Manager, Total Rewards supports with the development and implementation of compensation and incentives pay programs.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on administration and requires strong collaboration across departments and external vendors.
