Manager, Workday & HCM - (12-Months Contract)

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and security modules with hands‑on knowledge of Core HCM, Security & Benefits and working knowledge in other Workday modules, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, talent, time tracking, absence management and help
• Lead a high‑performing and dynamic team of Workday system configuration professionals
• Partner with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements
• Lead the team in the maintenance and enhancements of various Workday configurations, including but not limited to business processes, notifications, setup values, condition and eligibility rules, etc.
• Lead and manage various types and levels of testing such as unit testing, end‑to‑end testing, user acceptance and regression testing
