Core Responsibilities
As the Manager of Talent, Canada you will be responsible for driving the integrated talent agenda for the BU. In partnership with the Head of Talent & Culture for North America, you will deliver talent solutions that support the Americas business and strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy. You will serve as the talent management expert for the BU, implementing, designing, or adapting regional and local talent initiatives grounded in global strategy that meet local business needs. Key areas of focus include Performance, Talent & Succession Planning, Talent Assessment & Development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the Canada People strategy and shaping the future success of our organization through impactful talent practices.
- Talent Strategy Delivery: Translate enterprise talent strategy into integrated talent roadmaps and annual operating plan tied to the needs of the Canada business unit.
