Managing Director LATAM

Global company in the nutrition industry is seeking a Managing Director Latam to lead the Andean Region and Central America business with full P&L responsibility across the Premixes & Services, Specialty Nutrition, and Additives businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategic goals, annual business plans, growth strategies, and profitability targets aligned with regional objectives.
• Drive market expansion, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build, develop, and inspire high-performing multicultural teams.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Marketing, and R&D.
• Develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and business partners.
• Identify operational risks and ensure compliance standards across the region.
