Mandarin speaking Procurement Business Partner

Our client from internet technology space is seeking a bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) procurement professional to join their N. America Procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement VP, you will perform the following duties: 1.

Act as Procurement Business partner for North America region, work with various stakeholders and provide commercial saving for successful delivery of procurement projects and global initiatives, to define and meet or exceed business requirements and manage annual financial and non-financial issues. 2. Responsible for strategic sourcing in different categories, with a main focus in General Service & Professional Service.

3. Define short and long term procurement strategic plan to support BU growth ambition; 4. Develop and execute the category strategy for the addressed spending, lead the sourcing and supplier onboarding for North America Region in collaboration with global category owners.
