Manufacturing unique heat-resistant alloys and high-nickel/chrome alloys primarily for the petrochemical industries, Kubota leads the industry in quality and advanced technology. As per customer requirements, Kubota designs and casts centrifugal pipes and static castings of fittings, which are then machined, welded (Automatic, Semi-Automatic, Orbital & Manual), GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, followed by in-house NDT (RT, PT, VT), in-house DT, R&D lab, as well as hydro testing.

Summary: Responsible for developing, planning, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, while ensuring all processes adhere strictly to customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
