Job Responsibilities
- Ensure production processes comply with established quality standards.
- Manage medium- to high-impact projects and activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Develop process flow diagrams and production layouts.
- Update and revise manufacturing and product procedures as needed.
- Perform product design testing.
- Manage and participate in the validation of new production lines.
- Knowledge and management of quality standards, policies, and procedures (ISO 13485, FDA).
- Implement and manage continuous improvement tools.
- Manage, support, and follow up on products during transfer processes.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Request equipment repairs when necessary.
- Oversee general area conditions, including cleanliness, discipline, and 5S compliance.
