Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to facilitate continuous improvement throughout Manufacturing Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the shop floor and employees.
- Perform root cause analysis on Nonconforming Materials (NCM's).
- Design tooling, fixtures and process’, to reduce costs and setup times throughout the plant.
- Assist maintenance in trouble shooting if required.
- Perform internal process audits to maximize quality and efficiency.
- Other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
- Engineering degree or diploma from accredited tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
