Manufacturing Engineer will be collaborating with measurable improvements in manufacturing performance by reducing scrap rates, enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and minimizing downtime. Additionally, strengthened process reliability through improved manufacturing capability indices (Cp/Cpk), ensuring greater consistency and quality in production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all press operations comply with the machine safety requirement.
- Establish and maintain standard process windows for press parameters.
- Develop and validate setup sheets, standard work and reaction plans to ensure the manufacturing output.
