What you’ll do:
Authority
Approve requisitions of manufacturing equipment, stops production and manufacturing processes if it represents a risk in our plant, participate on internal and external auditories. Job Summary
This position is accountable of lead and develop the manufacturing and process engineering functions in this plant. Work on line balancing according to business necessities, transfer manufacturing processes, implement lean manufacturing and six sigma standars to reduce cost across the plant and drive operational excellence, support business growth, and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Job Responsibilities
A. Lead the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS).
B. Responsible on Manufacturing and Process for the entire facility
C. Project Manager (based on PROLaunch)
