Description
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in engineering or manufacturing electronic operations. (SMT, TH, Box Build)
- 3–4 years in an engineering management or supervisory role.
- Experience with Manufacturing processes, product development, ECR's Management, Continuous improvement initiatives, cost reporting and manufacturing transitions.
- APQP experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing professional staff.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Red X, Shainin and continuous improvement methodologies.
