Department: Plant Overhead

Immediate Supervisor: Operations Manager

Status: Exempt

Position Purpose: Manages daily plant operations and provides leadership to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are achieved. Builds a strong supervisory team through coaching, mentoring, and behavior-based leadership.

Principle Accountabilities

• Provides oversight of departmental supervisors, including assigning workloads, overseeing quality, and advocating for employee health and safety.
• Leads by example, demonstrating professional, safety-focused, and accountable behavior at all times.
• Coaches, mentors, and develops supervisors through regular feedback, performance discussions, and active leadership support.
