Manufacturing Operational Excellence Leader | Lean & Kaizen

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a CX Practitioner (Operational Excellence Leader) in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. In this role, you will lead the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies across manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities include driving productivity and efficiency through Lean manufacturing principles, and coaching the Industrial Engineering team to achieve improvement targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience.
