Manufacturing Planning Manager

Manufacturing Planning Manager – Full time, permanent – Located at our Manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, requiring on‑site presence five days a week.

Pay Range

The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and tactical planning and execution of production schedules to meet business requirements and fill‑rate targets.
• Lead a team of Manufacturing Planning Analysts, providing mentorship, performance management, and daily guidance to ensure accurate production plans and optimal resource allocation.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end production order lifecycle, from creation to release to the Eastside Manufacturing department, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Ensure schedule attainment, identify key risks and opportunities to improve schedule adherence and communicate insights to senior leadership.
