A leading global equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced engineer for process analysis and oversight of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 5 to 7 years of experience. Responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing processes, overseeing cost and quality factors, and directing the development of new systems. The role requires strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on lean manufacturing. This position is based in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, Mexico.
