Manufacturing Quality Assurance Sr Engineer

What do you get to do in this position

• Follow and execute process robustness action plan to reduce main high RPNs.
• Automation knowledge to implement process robustness action plan.
• Integrate robotics with peripherals such as test equipment, assembly, and DC drivers.
• Integrate machines and assembly lines into MIS and plants’ digital manufacturing systems.
• Develop PLC and HMI programs for automated equipment.
• Main activities: control and automation, PLC programming, digital signaling connections and control design.
• Develop interface between system (software) and PLC for interlock.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment technologies and utilize this knowledge to specify and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science.
