Manufacturing Technical Lead - gatineau

Position Summary

Working within plastics injection moulding, the Manufacturing Technical Lead serves as Ottawa Mould Craft Ltd.’s primary technical interface between customers, tooling suppliers, and internal toolroom and operations.

This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, translating them into manufacturable solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout product development, tooling, validation, launch, and release to production.

The Manufacturing Technical Lead provides leadership in DFM, tooling development, process readiness, and problem resolution, while proactively identifying risks, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful execution from concept through full production.
