Overview

Konica Minolta is seeking a Market Production Systems Expert to serve as a technical leader and market advocate for our production print systems across Canada. This role is responsible for installation, support, and optimization of production systems, while also mentoring service teams and supporting business development. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated expert with strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Support:
  • Conduct regional and market technical reviews, team meetings, and webinars.
  • Lead monthly reviews of product and technician performance.
  • Provide expert‑level support for complex problem resolution, both onsite and remotely.
  • Interpret and utilize wiring diagrams and repair manuals for digital press equipment.
