Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business‑to‑business account development. Responsibilities include increasing a location’s overall new business customer base in a designated service area, hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers to conduct goodwill visits. The majority of the Sales Manager’s time is spent in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.
