Your day-to-day mission
- Configure, operate, and evolve the SFMC environment (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio) and ensure platform governance (Business Units, permissions, suppressions).
- Develop and optimize high-ROI automated journeys (upsell, retention, reactivation).
- Write SQL queries and AMPscript scripts for advanced segmentation and personalization.
- Ensure complete QA for every campaign before deployment (email and SMS).
- Contribute to building the 360° customer view in Data Cloud and leverage transactional and behavioral data in activations.
- Manage and improve CRM performance dashboards in Datorama or Tableau, and produce analyses and A/B tests to guide decisions.
