Marketing & Communications – Associate

. Morgan is seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced communications professional with a proven ability to produce high‑quality content and manage end‑to‑end communications to join the Communications team supporting our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) in Japan. 

As a Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing, promoting, and measuring key priorities for the business in Japan, ensuring that our stakeholders and employees remain informed and engaged with our business strategy, priorities, and culture. Reporting to the Head of Communications, Japan, you will be offered a unique opportunity to shape our communications strategy and engage diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Working in support of the business heads and other senior executives, you will bring a creative approach to communications, balanced with an analytical mindset to advise and influence.
