Marketing Coordinator

Vesta Properties is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help drive the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of residential, rental, and mixed-use communities in Alberta and BC. This role focuses on coordination, execution support, and scheduling across marketing initiatives, vendors, and internal teams.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping campaigns organized, timelines on track, and information flowing smoothly across the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of project and corporate marketing plans, supporting campaign logistics and timelines.
• Support the planning and execution of events such as grand openings, community activations, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication and deliverables with external vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and signage suppliers.
