Marketing Coordinator

Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you own creative assets throughout the proposal submission lifecycle. This includes reviewing requirements, working with the pursuit team to develop graphics and templates, suggesting enhancements to support Ledcor’s win strategy, maintaining and updating assets as needed, and directly supporting final production. You find creative ways to meet the pursuit team’s asks while adhering to Ledcor’s brand and industry standards. You must have advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and may also need to produce custom marketing materials and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of ready‑to‑use resources.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Proposal Technology, you’ll drive continuous improvement by refining proposal processes, templates, and tools, and help standardise practices across the team to boost efficiency and alignment with industry expectations.
