Marketing Coordinator

Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for owning creative assets throughout the lifecycle of a proposal submission. This includes independently reviewing the requirements, working with the pursuit team to develop graphics and templates, and suggesting enhancements to support Ledcor's win strategy; maintaining and updating these assets as needed; and directly supporting final production of the submission. You find creative ways to achieve the pursuit team's asks while adhering to Ledcor's brand and industry standards, and have an advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. You may also be required to produce custom marketing materials and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of ready‑to‑use resources.
