Bass Coast is an artist-owned electronic music and arts festival held annually in Merritt, BC. Since 2009, it has built a reputation in the underground electronic music community for forward-thinking programming, immersive visual art, and a culture grounded in consent and community care. Twice named Best Boutique Festival in North America by DJ Mag. Our audience are loyal tastemakers who cannot be bought with mainstream tactics.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead a team of six (campaign designer, graphic designer, social media manager, special events coordinator, photo/video manager, street team manager) and take direct ownership of ticket sales and revenue. This is a senior leadership role accountable for revenue performance, marketing strategy, and the operational systems that allow a creative team to deliver consistently.
