About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Marketing Lead to develop and implement strategic campaigns that bring ABC content to life for audiences across Australia. With a strong focus on screen content including Entertainment, Drama, Indigenous, Comedy, Factual, Arts & Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our stories reach and resonate with audiences both new and established.

You will: 
Shape bold, audience‑first marketing strategies that drive impact, transforming insights, analytics and real audience behaviour into powerful ideas that fuel smarter decisions, unlock new opportunities, and elevate campaign performance.

Lead cross‑channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media, championing ABC’s priority content and brand initiatives. Craft clear, compelling briefs, guide smooth planning and delivery to ensure every campaign lands with purpose.
