Strategic leadership
+ Close alignment with Regional Marketing Leaders to ensure local needs are considered by Strategic Marketing team
+ Works closely with Sub-Regional CEO to build and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to local growth priorities, aligned to Aon United regional growth strategy
+ Tailor persona, buyer journey, message maps, regulatory schemes and priority solutions, focusing on local demand phase of funnel
