Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, this newly created role is focused on owning the execution, optimization, and performance management of Cascadia’s marketing and business development initiatives.

This role is ideal for a senior, hands‑on AEC marketer with 5‑8 years of experience executing campaigns that support specification‑driven sales cycles. The Marketing Manager will lead day‑to‑day campaign execution, partner closely with the Sales Team, and take full ownership of marketing performance, lead quality, and CRM reporting.
