Marketing Manager Depuy Synthes Southern Cluster - Santiago de Chile, Chile (Las Condes)

Purpose

Reporting to the BU Director, you will be responsible for creating, communicating, and defining strategies and tactics based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of the DePuy Synthes marketing strategies based on market dynamics and voice of customer to achieve brand, market share, sales & contribution goals.
• Build long‑term sales and market share forecasting models, pricing options based on forward thinking, sound research and credible scenarios.
