Opportunity
Maple Leaf Foods is searching for a Category Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of growth strategies anchored in a deep understanding of the 3Cs (Consumer/Customer, Competitors, Company) and the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement), including a 1–3 year innovation pipeline. The role partners with Revenue Growth Management, Brand, and agency teams, balancing creative skills with critical thinking, project management, and performance measurement to build a sustainable marketing career in consumer packaged goods.
Compensation
$96,000 – $141,000 CAD base pay annually plus an annual short‑term incentive.
